products from regular sales are shipped out within 48 hours after your order is placed.
products from pre-order sales involve 3 weeks production time before they are shipped out.
shipping
once your order has left the building, you'll receive a shipment e-mail from us containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door.
European orders:
please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.
Intercontinental orders:
please allow 3 to 14 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. customs may hold up your order which may cause its delivery to be delayed.
we partner with a range of couriers depending on the area to deliver the packages. final delivery could be handled by your local postage service.
as a direct consequence of the brexit, customs fees may still need to be paid upon receiving your parcel. These fees are the consumer’s responsibility.
